I was involved in an out of state car accident in Georgia.  I was referred to Alex's firm through a Delaware attorney.  Alex accepted our case.  There were multiple moving parts to this case involving 3 different insurance companies from 3 different states.  A lot of laws differed from Georgia laws that Alex normally dealt with.  Alex and his team were amazing to work with.  Alex familiarized himself with whatever he needed to in order to become knowledgeable about the laws of the states involved. He always made me feel like I was a priority at all times.  My case ended up taking over 1.5 years to settle due to insurance companies dragging their feet.  During this time, it was like talking to a friend when I would have calls with Alex.  He would ask about my family and how things were going.  He is very genuine and caring. Alex pushed for me to get a fair settlement.  It was a pleasure working with Alex and his team! When I was injured, I initially didn’t expect to be able to seek compensation. I figured that hiring a lawyer was out of financial reach and that I would have to just eat it and move on. Once I looked into my options and spoke with Alex, I felt empowered in my situation and he helped me through the whole process so gracefully. I’m a service industry worker, and I don’t know much about law or insurance. My initial fears and lack of knowledge were met with very comprehensible explanations that put my mind at ease, and I think that ultimately helped the outcome of the case.
