I was referred to Alex's firm through a Delaware attorney. Alex accepted our case. There were multiple moving parts to this case involving 3 different insurance companies from 3 different states. A lot of laws differed from Georgia laws that Alex normally dealt with. Alex and his team were amazing to work with. Alex familiarized himself with whatever he needed to in order to become knowledgeable about the laws of the states involved. He always made me feel like I was a priority at all times. My case ended up taking over 1.5 years to settle due to insurance companies dragging their feet. During this time, it was like talking to a friend when I would have calls with Alex. He would ask about my family and how things were going. He is very genuine and caring. Alex pushed for me to get a fair settlement. It was a pleasure working with Alex and his team! I figured that hiring a lawyer was out of financial reach and that I would have to just eat it and move on. Once I looked into my options and spoke with Alex, I felt empowered in my situation and he helped me through the whole process so gracefully. I’m a service industry worker, and I don’t know much about law or insurance. My initial fears and lack of knowledge were met with very comprehensible explanations that put my mind at ease, and I think that ultimately helped the outcome of the case. Between dealing with the insurance companies, the medical providers and my health insurance it turned out to be pretty complicated for the average person. Alex and team took the necessary steps to help me achieve a fair outcome. He and his team were always readily available to answer any questions or address concerns. I was very well taken care of here. I would use this law firm again and again. The whole staff is very respectful and empathetic. Would definitely recommend to anyone after an accident. They helped me with referrals to good doctors and checked in on me regularly. My case did last about two years (as expected), but I probably would have quit the case without their support! I did have another lawyer before I came to this law firm and I will just say you don’t get this treatment everywhere.

I knew these were very hard cases to prove so I didn't want to go to one of the TV lawyers who probably wouldn't take the time and care to pursue compensation for me. I didn't get passed on to a legal assistant, Lloyd personally handled my case. I could call him with questions and he would always take the time to talk to me. He invested a lot of his own money on the case such as hiring a private investigator, taking lots of depositions and conducting a mock trial. He was a tough negotiator when it came time to deal with the insurance company. He pushed and pushed until he got the insurance company to "throw in the flag" and pay a significant settlement amount.
