A husband and wife from Marietta have settled their lawsuit against a family in Fulton County for $1,625,000.00. The husband and wife were driving home from a movie when a teenager driving from the opposite way lost control of his vehicle and struck the husband and wife head-on. As a result, the husband required an ankle fusion. Lloyd and Alex Hoffspiegel were able to resolve the case at mediation to the satisfaction of their clients.
