INJURED STUDENT SETTLES CASE FOR $650,000

A college student has settled her case against a young man who ran over her at a party for $650,000. The college student was attending a party to celebrate a friend’s wedding. When the young man arrived to pick up his girlfriend, she refused to get in the car because he appeared intoxicated. The college student stepped in and offered the girlfriend a ride home. Out of anger, the young man ran over the college student, fracturing her tibula-fibula. Lloyd and Alex Hoffspiegel were able to recover funds that the college student plans to use to buy a house and pay for graduate school.
